What a great recipe! My very picky 5yo. son was a little put off by the "gooshy"-ness of this pancake. But once I told him there was applesauce in it, he gobbled up 3 (mickey mouse shaped, of course!) 7mo daughter is happily gumming 1 right now, but she'll eat any bread product. So quick and easy, and made the house smell great. Thanks!

Wonderfuly and delicious recipe. Both of my young children enjoyed these pancakes and I did too! I can't wait for my husband to get a taste of these! Thanks for the great recipe!

Very yummy. Didn`t even use the lemon juice and still tasted great. Even lacto vegetarians can enjoy these; I omitted the eggs and just doubled the amount of milk, using 1 cup instead of only a 1/2.
