Well to start off, the 375 for temperature is to high, should probably be around maybe 325. Second 8-10 minutes is no where near enough, because at the 8min. mark the edges were burning and the center was still goo beyond belief! Flavor was okay, and the method of making them wasn't bad either. But the temperature is way off along with the baking time. I wouldn't make these again, nor recommend this recipe to anyone!! I'm a very experienced baker, I'm a trained Pastry Chef, and in my free time like to dabble with recipes I find while surfing the internet. I was excited to make these for my priest, but with the way the turned out I wouldn't even feed them to an animal for scraps.
