I started collecting cookie recipes when I was a teenager. These chewy spice cookies were some of the first I ever made, and they're still a favorite today. They can be found in my cookie jar whenever someone stops by.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie mix in a jar with tag attached with directions on how to prepare the mix. These make wonderful gifts to give any time of year and also for wedding favors, hostess gifts, baby showers or take to a cookie exchange and make sure to bake some up so people know what they taste like to. Store in a cool dry place away from a heat source so condensation and clumping does not occur. Enjoy!

The kitchen smells so good when Mom is baking these yummy cookies, which we like to make with sorghum. They're chewy and tender, with a sugary coating. It's hard to eat just one! -Brenda Beachy Belvidere, Tennessee

This is one of my favorite cookie recipes - making these treats seems to put me in a holiday mood. Maybe it's the soft centers, or perhaps the spicy aroma of ginger and cloves. Whatever the case, a few Molasses Creams and a glass of milk or cup of warm tea always hit the spot!
