These were a big hit!! I was short on time and substituted 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce for moisture instead of waiting for the onions to cook, and they were great! My family didn't believe my "secret" ingredient! Will definitely make again!!

I have a husband and two teenage boys so used 2lbs of turkey meat and adjusted all ingredients accordingly, except I kept the bread crumbs at 1/2 cup as previous reviews indicated the bread crumbs dried them out too much. This was the first recipe I tried after looking through a million and they turned out delicious!! I may add some barbecue sauce to the mix next time to give some different flavor. Thanks so much Shirlea!

Great. I changed the bread crumbs to 3/4 cup crushed Stove Top Chicken stuffing and omitted the poultry seasoning. I add an egg. My family and friends love these burgers. You have to enjoy the flavor of the stuffing to love these.

Loved these! I only used half the amount of breadcrumbs (Italian style), as a whole cup seemed like too much. They came out perfectly! I will be making these again! Thanks Shirlea Ann!

Perfect turkey burger recipe!!! I made it exactly except used fresh garlic. People, if you use panko bread crumbs it comes out great, no dryness and nothing like meatloaf. I will make this again and again. I loved it so much I wanted to eat a second. And you don't even need to eat it on a bun either! Oh, the entire family raved as well!!!

This is the best turkey burger I ever made! I can't remember all the subtractions and substitutions I made ( I was out of a few things :-) ), but it turned out great. Definitely going into my Recipe box!

I LOVED the cooked onion in these. I did not love the breadcrumbs and would not use those again. I also did not find the seasonings adequate for the amount of meat, though I'm sure it comes out fine if you use Italian breadcrumbs. While this was a satisfying meal, it wasn't our favorite, but thank you for sharing!
