I just made these tonight and my fussy, fussy boys ate them right up. I, too, cut back on the breadcrumbs and left the poultry seasoning out as per others recommendations. It's great to have such a healthy recipe that everyone will eat.

Pretty good. I used just 1/4 cup of bread crumbs after reading the reviews.

This was an awesome recipe - the burgers were super moist. Next time I make these I'll use a little less bread crumbs.

I made these for dinner last night and I doubled the recipe. I didn't have an onion so I used minced onion instead and left out the bread crumbs. Next time I will use a little less poultry seasoning, other than that they were pretty good. Even my 4 yr old (who won't eat hamburgers) ate a whole one!

I really liked these burgers. I used toasted sesame oil instead of canola oil. It gave it an asian taste.

I love this recipe! I made just a couple of changes: Omitted the breadcrumbs. Substituted McCormicks "Grinders" Smoked Sea Salt in place of the poultry seasoning to give a smokey flavor. Didn't need to chill for 20 minutes - just pre-greased the pan with Smart Balance oil, and cooked the patties right away. It was a hit!

These burgers were very moist and flavorful! I did not have poultry seasoning so I used seasoning salt. This worked just fine. I was making a ground turkey lasagna the other day and I seasoned my turkey using this recipe (I left out the breadcrumbs). The meat tasted great all by itself but it also added a lot of flavor to the lasagna! I also made the burgers again last night and they were delicous again!

After changing a few things, these were the best turkey burgers I've ever had. I used half the breadcrumbs and they were italian style too because that's all I had. Used real garlic opposed to the powder and sauteed it with the onions. I also used spicy ground mustard in place of the dry. YUM! My husband said they tasted like they were from a restaurant!

I have used this recipe for both beef and turkey with great results. I sometimes use prepared yellow mustard instead of dry and I occasional use raw onion instead of cooked. This is a good all around base recipe to make very moist burgers without using an egg.

I've made these burgers twice now, and they are AMAZING!! Of course I doubled the recipe, and since I dont have garlic powder I used 2 garlic cloves, and instead of dry mustard i used 1/4tsp. dijon mustard. Also, this time i used Italian Seasoned ground turkey because it was on sale, it added more flavor and we liked the taste. I will definately use this recipe again and again!

This recipe was a keeper. I cut back on the bread crumbs and added egg whites. I also sauteed onions and mushrooms for the top! The burgers were really moist!

These burgers were pretty good, I would cut back next time on the poultry seasoning, but these turkey burgers stayed together than any others I have made and had the meatiest texture - I prefer turkey burgers that don't taste like they have a ton of filler. These burgers didn't taste like that at all.

These were a big hit with my family, although I thought they could have used a bit more "kick". I added crumbled feta cheese to the top, and served them with (baked) sweet potato fries, which seemed to go over pretty well. I'd definitely try this recipe again, but next time I'd add a bit more seasoning (and less breadcrumbs).

This recipe worked out great. I did however, made a few changes. I omitted the mustard since I did not have any and added an egg white to help hold the burger together. For poultry seasoning, I used a McCormick herb and garlic seasoning. The burger was very MOIST indeed. Received an A+ from hubby!

I'm not quite sure why anyone would want to turn a burger into a meatloaf by adding breadcrumbs, so I left them ou
