Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (3 1/2) pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Directions

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass dish, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Drain, discarding marinade. Grill chicken, covered, over low heat for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear, turning several times.
