INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup skim milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix cottage cheese, lemon juice and milk in blender until smooth. Keeps in refrigerator for a week.
