Mock Pecan Pie II

Brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, eggs and spices are stirred up into a yummy sweet filling, and just before it 's poured into a pie shell, the secret ingredient is added wheat flaked cereal. When this pie is baked and topped with freshly whipped cream, no one will be the wiser.

Mincemeat Pie Filling

A friend gave me this recipe for mincemeat many years ago. It is so good that even those who do not care for mincemeat pie likes it. If preferred, use molasses instead of sorghum. Also, apricot juice can be substituted for the pineapple juice.
