So fun, and yummy, too!! Made these without the chocolate chips on the inside and instead rolled them in different toppings, like sprinkles, chopped peanut putter cups, and chopped choc. chips!! Kids loved them, and I loved the fact that they aren't as messy as regular ice cream sandwiches. The possibilities are endless :)
