These are so yummy! For even fewer calories, omit the mini chips and try mixing the Cool Whip with a box of Chocolate Fudge sugar-free instant pudding mix -- it makes a delicious chocolate ice cream sandwich!

Awesome! I melted down some chocolate chips (30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted) and then spread the chocolate on one side of one graham cracker per sandwich. I assembled the sandwiches and after letting them freeze over a day, they are super delicious!

These are amazing! Absolutely amazing! (Even better if you roll them in sprinkles so the sides are colorful and tasty...) Just amazing. Will DEFINITELY make again!!!

I make these a lot for the kids when we've got leftover packages of graham crackers that are in danger of becoming stale. Not only have I rolled them in mini chocolate chips, I've also rolled them in toasted coconut, mini M&M's and chopped nuts. Sometimes, I'll mix a couple of those together and use it to dip the sandwiches in.

Wow, this receipe went over very well. I didn't have the chips but they were still good. Their better if you let them freeze overnight.

I came across this recipe on accident, and WOW am I glad I did! These are SO good! Thanks to the chocolate graham crackers and the chocolate chips, these have plenty of chocolate flavor and it actually tastes like ice cream!! We blew through our entire first batch in just a couple of days...I'll have to make a double (or larger!) batch next time. Thanks for such a great little recipe! :-)

Taste just like the real thing, and 1/2 the price and calories! Takes no time at all to make! I like to use a little bit of sugar free carmel on top of the cool whip before I freeze them! Also keep one on hand

Tasty! I did some with reduced fat grahams and the other with chocolate grahams. I liked both...I was thinking about cool whip's flavors like vanilla, etc. You could do chocolate graham and mint chips too.... easy and versatile and my kids can eat them after school without me feeling guilty for giving it to them!

These are great! I also heard of these through a WW member, leaving out the chocolate chips to save on points. I was also told to use Low Fat Cinnamon Graham Crackers with FF topping and they were only 1 pt each?? I have found that you really need to let them freeze. If not, the cracker is too hard & the cool whip isn't frozen yet. These treats are fantastic, easy to make & come in super handy for a sweet tooth!

I leave out the chocolate chips. These taste wonderful and are very low in points for Weight Watchers members!!

Really a very tasty snack, I heard of the recipe originally at Weight Watchers. With the chocolate chips a serving is 3 points, without them, 2 points, and yep, using reduced fat cinnamon graham crackers it is only 1 point!

These are just absolutely fabulous. I also make them with regular graham crackers and use chocolate-flavored whipped topping. Either way, they are so incredibly easy and tastes great. Perfect for busy folks, or just for a healthier snack/dessert.
