I made this for one using the Easy Eggnog from this site. Simple enough to make for one and satisfied my eggnog mocha craving. I had two, a hot one in the morning and an iced one in the afternoon. Both really super. I add a concentrated coffee shot to mine, on top of the coffee granules for an added caffiene boost.
