This was a tasty cheesecake but not if you are after a coffee taste. The hint of cinnamon throws off the coffee flavoring but instead of boiling water and instant coffee maybe some strong brewed espresso would have filled the void. The cheesecake texture and taste is wonderful but not the umph I was expecting by the title.
