This was overall pretty good. I made it for a girl's birthday. Definitely add more coffee unless you like it really subtle. I used a larger angel food cake, so I used more whipped topping lite (not whipping cream). I will say that the milk measurement seemed way off to me. When I first mixed it with just 1 1/3 cup of milk and a 3.9 pudding, it was so thick...too thick. Definitely add more milk. Good, but check out the mocha brownie trifle on this site (which I prefer, but it's not really fat free like this could be). I'd prob make it again.

This cake was fantabulous! I followed on of the suggested and used Cool Whip Lite and also used fresh ground coffee beans and doubled the amt of coffee. It turned out GREAT! Everyone agreed that we would definately be making it a lot this summer!

I felt like the frosting was just too much for angel food cake--too heavy, and it was hard to slice neatly. I'd almost rather just slice the cake, and serve with a dollop of pudding and some cool whip.

This cake is awesome!! It's so easy to make and it's delicious:) I've made it twice now and both times a hit! The only thing I changed was I doubled the amount of coffee grinds using freshly ground-up coffee beans. Delicious!!!

Very good. Whipped this up for my mom's birthday in about 5 minutes. Bought cool whip and used almost the whole container after spreading half the puddng mixture between the layers of cake. Everyone loved this! It looked beautiful too.

RECIPES IS GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE. THE ONLY THING I WOULD DO DIFFERENTLY IS TO ADD MORE INSTANT COFFEE. IT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH OF A MOCHA TASTE FOR MY LIKING.
