This brownie recipe will go to the top of my "quick and delicious" list. All of the ingredients were already in my cupboard. I added about a tablespoon of instant espresso powder. Absolutely terrific!

This is a Great Recipe! The use of only oil in the recipe makes it healthier than your average Buttery Brownies -- but tastes just as Great! You don't even miss it!
