Original Recipe Yield 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix together the vinegar, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and lemon juice. Slowly add the olive oil while whisking vigorously. Add the walnuts and Romano cheese and stir. Season with salt and pepper.
