Original Recipe Yield 3 1/3 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, molasses, soy sauce, lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. To use, marinate chicken for at least 8 hours before cooking as desired.
