Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup white miso
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place the water, white miso, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth.
