red onion, chopped
raisins, soaked in hot water and drained
green chile peppers, chopped
ginger garlic paste
lemon juice, or to taste
ground black pepper
fresh mint leaves
fresh cilantro, chopped
These are really good! I did leave out the raisins and the asafoetida powder (what is that??) and had to add salt, but they were really quite yummy. Great with a piece of baked salmon and some steamed green beans.
Cook onions for a little longer and add some water... impromptu curry type of dish
