I had this recipe at a friend's house, and was thrilled to find it online. It's so delicious, and presents beautifully. I made it recently for a friend visiting from out of town, and she couldn't stop raving about it. It's very smooth and creamy, wonderful texture. Thanks for posting!

WAY TO RICH FOR ME, but the junior mints gave it an awesome flavor, and it was super easy to make. Everyone else emptied their dish!

This is awesome! I could not find Junior mints, but used Andes mints, and we loved it!! I put 3 cherries on top just for a garnish, but it tasted unbelievably delicious with the cherries!!! I also sprinkled andres shavings on top! I am definately making this at Christmas!!!!

This was very easy and very yummy! I can't believe it's made with junior mints! I think next time I will also add mini chocolate chips after I remove it from heat for something a little different.

Tasty, refreshing, and very easy to make! The mousse had a nice light taste to it. I halved the recipe and used peppermint patties in place of junior mints. I used only 1/4 cup of the patties, since they're bigger than junior mints. Other than that, I didn't change a thing. I'll make this again, and with junior mints next time, I hope.
