i made one minor change to this recipe, i only had Minute Rice, so i put the broth, butter, mint, and almonds into pan with rice and in 5 minutes had THE BEST rice ever! thanks for the recipe, will definatly be makeing this again

I loved this recipe.I actually thought it wasnt minty enough and added a teaspoon of mint extract aswell as the natural mint.My family was extremely happy to have this as a side dish to our christmas dinner

I thought this rice recipe was great. I used it with my Lamb Rack on Easter. It wasn't too minty as was suggested by another. I did cut down a bit on the mint just to stay safe. I added mint jelly to the table and the combination with the Lamb was great!
