Mini Toast Cups

By: Grain Foods Foundation
"A quick and easy way to jazz up your lunch! Just roll out slices of bread, brush with butter, and bake in a muffin tin until golden brown. Then fill the cups with egg, chicken or turkey salad, peanut butter topped with a dab of jelly, or light cream cheese mixed with dried fruit."
