Made with canned tuna instead of salmon, followed the rest of the loaf recipe to a T. Excellent. Not a big fan of dill sauce so I didn't make that portion of the recipe.

I made this on a whim one night, and didn't have all the ingredients. So instead of celery and onion, I substituted with a cup of shredded carrots, and a couple cloves of garlic. The bread crumbs were replaced with a cup of cooked rice. I added a heaping teaspoon of curry powder in place of making the dill sauce. Not quite what the recipe calls for, but very delicious! Can't wait to try the original.

I made this tonight for the first time. My husband, not a seafood person, went back for seconds. That speaks volumes! Since I needed to feed 3, I doubled the recipe using a couple of 6 oz. cans of boneless, skinless salmon. One egg was fine. The only thing I added was a light sprinkling of Old Bay Seasoning but otherwise I followed the recipe exactly and I made the dill sauce also. It turned out quite tasty! I served it with couscous and asparagus cuts for an easy, healthy meal. This is going to be a regular for us. Thanks for sharing!

What a great way to get the goodness of salmon with a small can if the fish! I found 1 cup of bread crumbs to drying; will cut it back next time. I'll also cut the sauce back by 1/2. Otherwise, it was great and it made two very generous helpings. Will definitely make this again.

My boyfriend and I gobbled this one us! I didn't have celery, so I added a dash of celery seeds. Also, I didn't saute the onions. Instead, I diced them as finely as possible, and they basically disappeared in the loaf, giving it a great flavor. I served it with a sweet mustard sauce, mixed veggies, and baked potato. It will definitely be a regular here!

We loved this recipe. In haste, I negleded to sautee the veggies, and mixed everything together. It was crunchy, which we liked. I had to use dry bread crumbs and dill but it stil tasted great. The sauce can be cut in half, in the interest of rduciong calories, and I used less mayo than suggested. It will be a regular.

I thought this was good. The sauce was a bit too tangy and bland, so I added a touch of dry mustard and cayenne. I had to thin it out , too. I cooked mine for 40 minutes and it turned out a bit too dry. I will make this again.
