I LOVED these, but I did do a few changes. I used veal/beef/pork mix because that's what I had. I added onion powder and black pepper to the meat mixture, and I used breadcrumbs, because I had no oats. I also added a slice of uncooked bacon on top of each meatloaf before I put the sauce on. These were TO DIE FOR. Best meatloaf I've ever made, and I've made many!!!

This is the best meatloaf I've had, including my mom's! Only change I made was to add some onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. I used muffin tins to bake. Absolutely delicious!

I was not a big fan of the topping, but my husband loved it. I would add little more salt and less toping, but it is a good meatloaf recipe.

We loved it! The only difference I did add a little Worcestershire sauce to the sauce. I have made so many meatloaf trying to find one my hubby liked. I have found one! Thanks!!
