Never had a better meatloaf. The oats are what did it. I wish I had added a dash or two of hot sauce to the glaze but my 2 year old would be eating it. I used bison. I can't say enough, it was delicious.

i used silicone muffin liners - way easier to clean! i made the sauce a little sweeter and didn't use the mustard. i also did not use cheese or the oats, instead i used bread crumbs and seasonings. the last time i put the cheese in - it made a huge gooey mess

Fabulous!!! "I loved them...remember how I was eating them up?" This is from my very picky five year old. My husband, who is not a meatloaf eater, loved them. We used muffin tins and I added 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. of onion powder. This is it! I've found our family "meat muffin" recipe. Thanks sooooo much for sharing.

YUM! Instead of mini loaves, I formed one big meatloaf and baked it on top of two slices of bread (to soak the grease) on a baking pan. For the glaze, I didn't have mustard, so I used dijon and it came out great.

These are the best meatloafs I have ever had. I added a little garlic and onion powder. Added a half a chopped onion and a dash of Worcesteshire. Will definitely be making these again. Awesome

This was fantastic. I did the muffiin pan trick. My meatloaves were super moist. I followed the meatloaf recipe exactly. On the sauce/topping I used spicy brown mustard instead of regular which gave it a nice hint of a kick and a little mayo to make it even more creamy. I used extra lean ground beef and still had a problem with grease. I suggest using a cookie cutter cut out a small piece of bread to put on the bottom of the muffin pan to absorb the grease. It took 2 regular size meatloaf muffins per person more if you have big eaters. Next time I will use the jumbo size muffin pan.

A new family favorite. I make it a couple times a month. I did add the onions and a little garlic powder as suggested by others . It is delicious either way.

First time making meatloaf. Made just like the recipe said except added finely chopped onion and drained all the grease out about 10 minutes before it was finished. Turned out moist, cheesy and wonderful! Thanks for the great recipe!

these were very simple and easy! I made them in my jumbo muffin tins, they had to bake a little longer but they were very tasty. I would use less brown sugar next time. I didn't like how sweet the sauce was.

This was an excellent recipe. I don't even like meatloaf! The only changes I made was to use a beef/veal/pork mixture instead of ground beef and used bread crumbs instead of oats (I didn't have them). YUM!

All family members LOVED IT. I followed the instructions exactly, except used muffin pan as others suggested. Turned out great. As some other reviewers wrote -- the texture was fantastic. I was a bit hesitant b/c I didn't know how the flavor of all that cheese would work, but honestly, couldn't even taste it! Just gave it great texture, along with the oats, that is. Next time I think I might season up the meat a bit more to my liking...some onion powder, pepper, season salt maybe... and add a few dashes of worstcheshire and tabasco ot the sauce. But overall - it was excellent!

There are only two people in my family so these delicious mini meatloaves were perfect. I froze six of them for later meals.

These were great. Ground up the oatmeal in mini-food processor to disguise it somewhat from DH. Made in muffin tins as suggested by Catalogrrr. Thanks for sharing.

I substituted bread crumbs, didn't have any cooking oats handy. Came out moist and tender and the ketchup spread added the perfect tangy/sweet flavor

I love this recipe. It didn't make 8 loafs for me though. I had about 5 mini loafs. The cheese and oats really make the recipe.
