This is an excellent recipe! I love the idea of making mini loaves because it is a real time saver for a weekday dinner. My family loved this so much that my son wants to have "Meatloaf Mondays". And he used to not like meatloaf! I have a 4 mini loaf baking stone, so I adjusted by baking at 375 deg for 30-35 min. Don't skimp on the horseradish. It was so yummy and added a lot of zip! The sauce was the biggest hit. My guys thought they were eating at a restaurant!

Using Ground Turkey, pork sausage, and ground beef that was left over I added Extra onion(3/4 cup)and jalepeno chili peppers to half and green peppers to the rest. A combo of crackers and bread crumbs with 8 oz of tomato sauce help hold it together. To the sauce I added 3/4 cup brown sugar. Family ate them all and said do it again. Thank you Janet Hyson and All recipes for help.

These are delicious and so easy to make! We froze half for later and my husband wanted them the very next day.

This was excellent. I used panko bread crumbs and reduced the horseradish to half.( The first time I made it the horseradish overpowered). I ran short of time and baked them in a muffin tin for 25 minutes total. My family loved them.
