I made this as described, only adding some sauteed onions. I baked in the muffin tins, and though they were greased well, they still stuck (somewhat). One change I would make is to mix the biscuit mix in with the melted butter before adding milk and egg. Mine tended to be lumpy with congealed butter. They were very tasty. Next time, I'll use my quiche pan rather than the muffin tins. Easier cleanup.

These were very good! Made just a couple changes: 1) Used turkey bacon and it came out great 2) Omitted the olives. Will definitely make again!

Either I'm blind or stupid.....no where does this recipe state what type of baking dish(es) to use. Do I just assume I use the mini muffin tins? What?? Pour the mixture over ham.....ok....what is the ham in?? Needs to be a little more detailed for us novices!!

I love this recipe! I hosted a baby shower for a friend of mine and everyone wanted the Quiche recipe. I did leave out the olives and added some onion and garlic. They were so good and so easy for entertaining! I am hosting another baby shower this weekend and guess what is number 1 on the menu? :) You can't go wrong with this recipe!!!

I recently made "45" batches of this recipes for an Easter Brunch at our church. It was a hit. I served it with a Mango Salsa that can be purchase at Costco.
