I thought these were really good! I did add a TBSP of vinegar to my milk to make buttermilk. The only other thing I did differently was leave out the nuts and add instant oatmeal instead to the topping. I did spray my muffin tin liberally with Pam and then sprayed with the kind with flour due to a previous review that stated their muffins stuck even though they sprayed the pan. Mine came out perfectly! I also made sure to press in the topping a little,hoping that it wouldn't fall off when baking. Some did fall off but not too much but I might try putting it in center of muffin next time so I won't lose any of topping!

My husband made this recipe and it is amazing! He almost didnt make them because there were only 13 reviews but i would say do it!

I would say they are 5 stars in flavor but 1 star in presentation. They tasted great but they sunk in. I baked them in regular muffin tins and mini muffin tins, both sank in after I took them out of the oven. Not sure what the problem is.

These were the most amazing coffee cakes i've ever had. The crust is delicious. This is a good breakfest, lunch, snack, and dessert. I would deffinently recomend it!

I made this recipe and it was absolutely delicious, and so easy! Goes perfect with a cup of NESCAFÉ TASTER’S CHOICE Vanilla with a dash of cinnamon :)

Made this recipe tonight and it's absolutely wonderful! Didn't have vanilla pudding mix on hand so I used chocolate (highly recommend it!). I didn't make the topping and I'm sure I whipped the batter a little too long - super fluffy and very forgiving. Only problem I had was that they stuck to the muffin papers. Great recipe!

SO SO GOOD!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe. The cake part is so light and wonderful and then the topping is delicious! I did add more brown sugar to the topping as it was too wet - I wanted it more crumbly, so I used about 1 cup of brown sugar in the topping. Also upped the cinnamon to about 1 teaspoon. I did not use nuts at all. Otherwise I made it just as directed. Very easy to make as well! I am sure I will be making these again and again!!
