I have not yet rated a recipe from here, but felt I had to once I tried this one and it had yet to get a review. These are great! My husband doesn't like coffee cakes normally because of how dry they are.. these are deliciously moist with a little texture from the walnuts and a great sweet and crunchy topping. I believe the vanilla pudding in the mix really helps with how moist they are. I made two batches and pressed the topping in a bit on the second one and it stayed on better.. the cakes tend to puff up and some of the topping roll off, but didn't do that so much if I pressed them in the batter a bit before baking. These are very good and very easy. They were a great addition to our Mother's Day, make ahead brunch. I made them two days before and stuck them in the freezer. They thawed quickly and were just as delicious and moist as when first baked.
