INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (19 ounce) can minestrone soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
