Microwave Salsa
SUBMITTED BY:
Pamela Schroeder
"I love the salsa served at my favorite Mexican restaurant, so I set out to match the flavor. I think I've achieved my goal. It's so easy to make in the microwave. Now we can enjoy salsa anytime."

It was a little sour for my taste. I would definitely reduce the lemon juice to at least 1/2 T. I did alter the salsa when I finished to make it taste to my liking. I added probably a teaspoon of sugar to tone down the lemon flavor. I added about a Tablespoon of chopped onion, and some Jalapeno for heat. It turned out pretty good.
