i can use this recipe by substituting canned chicken or turkey for the ham. it does well for a quick supper too.

This wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't great either. It would've been just as easy to cook in a pan. It took more than 5 minutes for the eggs to cook, not 2 1/2 minutes. The actual recipe was pretty good. But, unless my stove was out, I wouldn't make this again in the microwave.

Lovely! My oven is broken for the time being so microwaving was handy. I couldn't tell it was microwaved. I used bacon bits, spinach, and added cheese on top. I will definitely make again!

I made this morning for a quick breakfast and it was so easy and delicious! I added some chopped tomatoes,shredded cheese,bacon as I had no ham on hand and it was great. Thanks for sharing. I will definitely make again.
