This wasn't too bad for a super quick alfredo sauce. I actually scaled it for 8 servings and used reduced fat cream cheese and skim milk. I recommend adding some garlic powder, pinch of seasoning salt and a little pepper for extra flavor. I added this sauce to sauteed turkey sausage with red bell pepper and elbow noodles. My family really liked this. Thanks for the idea!

This is definitely a quick and easy meal for one. I went so far as to actually weigh the pasta to make sure I followed the recipe exactly except for the addition of some minced garlic. I will be making this again. Thanks!

This is a good recipe given it takes virtually no time and is very simple and straightforward. Definitely recommended if you are short on time and want something tasty!

This sauce is so good and easy! I added parsley and garlic powder. It would also be good with spinach or tomato.

Surprisingly, this was actually pretty good! I used 1% milk in place of the half and half cream and it worked fine. If you're looking for a really simple and easy dish to prepare, this is a great recipe.

This is very good and very easy! I made a larger batch and it still turned out well. Better than some fettuccine I've had at sit-down restaurants! (I made this again with lowfat cream cheese and 2% milk and it was still fantastic.)
