My whole family loves this one but I do make a few changes! I only use one can of tomatoes- usually diced- but only because no one is a huge fan! I even used V-8 juice once when I was out of tomatoes and it was fine! I also use 2 cans of kidney beans just cause we like them and I add a half can of water when I put in the tomatoes just to make it a little souper- otherwise it's really chunky and not like Chili (although delicious either way). I don't add salt or pepper but you could always use more Chili powder if you like more spice- I don't and it's perfectly spiced for our little ones! I serve with cheese, sour cream, and tortill chips!!

Came out way better than I thought it was going to. Had to add a bit more chili powder and added some garlic salt. Still missing a little something but is still really good. Can't even tell you made it in the microwave.

It's good, but not 5 star like everyone else stated! If you like tomatoes and meat this is the recipe for you! I did, however, love how easy it was and it wasn't bad at all, it just needed something more to it!

Very good chili recipe! Love that it is fast and easy. The only thing that I changed was to use black beans instead of kidney beans and I added the dash of cumin as suggested by another poster. It is a very mild tasting chili, perfect for families with small children like ours. It would also be simple enough to spice it up. My husband who doesn't like chili loved it, even my three year old asked for seconds! I will definitely add it to the meal rotation in our home! I topped our bowls with shredded cheddar and sour cream, and served with cornbread. Yummy! Thank you!

My husband and I were pretty impressed with this recipe. I had everything to make it on hand, it was super quick, and it tasted great. This would definitely be a good standby meal to have the ingredients stored up in the pantry for when you don't feel like cooking/don't have time to cook. I used yellow mustard, a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes (instead of 2 -14oz stewed) , and added a generous sprinkle (like 1/4 -1/2 tsp) ground cumin when I added the chili powder.

Great and easy recipe. Try cooking the burger and onion in a microwave safe colander.
