I made this for a family of 4 and 1 8oz can of tomato sauce was not nearly enough. I combined the tomato sauce with a 15oz can of crushed tomatoes added some italian seasonings and had more than enough. I chose to coat the chicken with italian seasoned bread crumbs but the next time I make this I will season the coating a bit more. Also, I think that flatening the chicken breasts prior to coating would work better. On the whole, it was great and all of the family enjoyed it. Will make again.

I followed the advise of other reviewers and baked this chicken. I added ground walnuts to the cornflakes; it added a rich flavor. I also used fresh garlic browned in olive oil added to the warm sauce. I doubled the sauce and served over whole wheat organic pasta. Yum. I will make this often. thank you

My father is so picky and won't eat anything. He loved it along with my family! I was hesitant, along with some other reviewers, about cooking the chicken in the microwave. But on a hot summer day, it was wonderful! I would definitely make this again!

Loved it! But my husband thought it was just okay...only because he doesnt think chicken should be cooked in a microwave. He did however say he would eat it again:)

So Good! Noone ever believes it comes from a microwave! Perfect for those hot summer days, when you really don't want to turn on the oven! I make with spaghetti & make a much thinner spaghetti sauce (mccormicks spaghetti sauce pack) to accompany the thicker tomato sauce used on this recipe. I've tried just making more of the sauce in this recipe to go with the spaghetti, because it's so good, but for some reason it just isn't as good as when I use the cheap packet to compliment the dish! So good with the "roasted garlic bread" on this site!

Mom loved how moist this turned out. Although my microwave has suddenly expired at the wrong time, I had to place this in the regular oven to cook.

Description completely failed this time. There was nothing moist about the chicken and as far as Paremesan Chicken goes this was pretty flavorless. I won't be making again. As an FYI I doubled the Paremsan and only cooked for 10 minutes but this didn't help.

I've never cooked chicken in the microwave before for a meal. It turned out so moist and delicious. My husband and kids all said this was definately a keeper and with how quick and easy it was I'll definately fix this again soon except I'll have to make more next time!

Quick and easy! I was a little bit hesitant to cook chicken in the microwave, but it works. To make this even quicker and easier, I used Italian bread crumbs and bottled sauce. We served it on whole wheat pasta. It was really good, better than I expected. Even my son ate this one and he is the world's pickiest eater.

My family really enjoyed this dish, however, I thought it needed more flavor in the sauce. I baked the chicken in the oven and made sauce on the stove top instead. Will make again since family enjoyed it so much!

This was not good. The microwave technically cooked the chicken, but it came out white and clammy and totally unappetizing. Will revert to the stovetop method next time.

This tasted great! I didn't microwave it though. I baked the chicken at 350 for 25 minutes. I also simmered the tomato sauce in a sauce pan while I prepared the chicken. My husband and 2 year old son loved it. For my son I cut a piece of chicken in little chunks and made chicken nuggets. He is so picky but loved it. I will make this again.

I baked in a convection oven instead of in the microwave. Fast & easy recipe! I would also use less sauce next time.
