These were fantastic and easy! My husband found the recipe and made them because we had the ingredients on hand. He was very skeptical, but loved them! The best part was my son who hates brussel sprouts and said don't give me any was eating them like they were an appetizer before our ham was done-lol. We used more cornflakes than recommended-just grabbed a handful or two. We also used mexican shredded cheese as it was what was open and had some cheddar in it. Next time I would add more cheese per my sons request! Great alternative to roasting or using bacon-If my husband could make these and have them come out fabulous, you know you can do it!

This was delicious. The best brussel sprouts I've ever made! Couldn't find the celery salt so I used a bit of celery seed instead. Perfect!

This wasn't bad! I needed a microwave recipe (oven busy, of course!) and this fit the bill. I used 1 lb frozen Brussels sprouts and after sprinkling seasoned salt over (using what I had in the pantry), followed the package directions for cooking. Once done, I mixed in shredded cheese and served (I had no corn flakes). I'm not a huge sprouts fan but they are nutritious so I eat them anyway; however, DH was VERY pleased with the end result and continued to pick out of the serving bowl. I'm going to try a recipe for roasting next time, if my oven's free, but if I have to use the microwave again, this is the recipe I'll use.

The spices are nice and do not overpower the sprouts. Great easy side dish for a weeknight meal.
