Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until smooth. In a small bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and slowly add the sour cream. Mix well and add the chocolate chips.
  3. Place by teaspoonful on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from cookie sheet and cool. Enjoy!
