Green, tomatillo salsa, right from Morelos, Mexico. This is my husband's recipe; we use it for taquitos, huevos rancheros, pork, chicken, or just for dipping!

This is a recipe I made up because I really wanted some salsa and tortillas; however, I was out of salsa. Tomato and celery along with some other ingredients are sauteed in oil and then simmered in tomato juice. It's a quick fix when you have no salsa.

Green tomatillo salsa is really easy to make with the addition of green tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic powder! This is great, green salsa that everyone asks me to make. I have made it several times and just recently had the best batch ever!

This authentic, Mexican salsa verde has a fabulous flavor. Use it on chicken enchiladas or as a condiment for any dish that needs a little extra zip!

This recipe makes a large quantity of fiery hot salsa: whole peeled tomatoes are seasoned with a variety of hot peppers, lime juice, and lots of cilantro.

Simple, fresh, and hot, what more could a green salsa want? It contains tomatillos, serrano pepper, onion, and garlic.

A salsa recipe for those with a tomato and pepper garden. If you prefer a hotter salsa, add more jalapeno or cayenne pepper.

A great way to use all those cucumbers you get from your plants! A little zing from the jalapeno and a burst of lime add a fresh taste to cucumbers in this refreshing fresh salsa.
