I came across these and thought they sounded easy to make, and I had all of the ingredients. So on the spur of the moment, I whipped these up one afternoon. They took less than half an hour and they tasted really great. I used almond extract instead of vanilla just because I like it better, and I used both walnuts and pecans. They're so great I've decided to make another batch this afternoon to take to a party.
