chopped sweet red bell pepper
garlic cloves, minced
2 (4 ounce) cans
diced mild green chilies
shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded pepperjack cheese
chopped green onion
chopped fresh cilantro
coarsely crushed tortilla chips
2 1/2 cups
hot pepper sauce
Very good - served to 10 and they all liked it and wanted the recipe. Might add a little more hot sauce next time. It seemed like a lot of milk to the number of eggs, but it did set up in 50 minutes as stated.
