I really enjoyed this recipe. My husband always makes goulash but I always found it to be very bland. His recipe is very similar to this but this just gives it that extra Kick. The only think i did diffrent was that I used diced tomatoes with green chiles. Great and easy.

This was very tasty and so easy to prepare. I added a bit more chili powder (I don't measure stuff, just eyeball it) and a 16 oz box of elbow noodles. I put in extra water to compensate and also added a 4 oz can of diced chilies and 1 can of the diced tomatoes/chilies. Simple and filling.

Delicious and easy. The only thing I changed was to cook onions in garlic. Next time I think I will replace the tomato sauce with diced tomatoes and their juice.

I realized after making this and tasting it, that it was kind of bland for us. So, I made a couple of modifications. I added a teaspoon of garlic powder, taco seasoning, onion powder and worchestire sauce and about a tablespoon of hot sauce. Then, it was really good.

So easy and yummy! The whole family likes this recipe. I like lots of noodles in it so I add an extra 1/2 cup water and a beef bouillon cube.

This is a one pot wonder! I use pasta twists as I can not get elbow macaroni here in Ireland!! The kids love it as it is different! An easy alternative to the usual Spaghetti Bolognaise and a hint of chili as they are not particularly fond of chili con carne!

I found this recipe to be bland. I sauteed green peppers and onion and added some garlic and that didn't help it at all. I grew up eating goulash and I couldn't taste any hint of mexican. I even used Diced tomatoes with chili's to help and it didn't. I had to use alot of salt and pepper to even give it some kind of taste. Next time I'll make the goulash i grew up eating.

This was a hit with my boyfriend and myself. It's a great change from the normal goulash. I will be sharing this recipe with my children and friends.

This is a good recipe. You can adjust the flavor by adding more or less seasoning. I added more chili powder than the recipe called for cause my hubby likes it hot! Also added some cumin for a nice smoky flavor!

This dish is awesome. I added garlic to enhance the flavor. When I doubled it and took it to a church function, I got lots of compliments. Great flavor!

My boyfriend said "I thought we were having burgers!" and I said "We're out of bread" but he was pleased with the end result of this recipe, and so was I. I veered away from the tomato base and added 1 can diced tomatos, a couple tablespoons of tom. sauce, but used beef broth to make up for the water and the missing tomato sauce. Also, I added one really finely diced potato and cumin as others have offered, as well as chili powder, garlic powder, extra cayenne, oregano, sea salt, pepper... It came out good, we'll eat it again!

I changed this up just a bit by using ground turkey instead of beef and also used pepper-jack cheese. The taste was awesome! Easy to prepare and plenty of left-overs for next day lunch. I highly recommend!!
