I made this recipe for dinner last night and we really enjoyed the flavor of this meal. It was really easy to prepare and is great for a busy night during the week. I made a few changes per reviews that I read. I had sea shell macaroni already made so I used that. I cooked the beef and onion until meat was no longer pink and drained. I added the following: Rotel diced tomatoes, canned southwestern corn, tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water, black beans and pasta. I did not measure any of the added ingredients such as: dash of sugar, sprinkles chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic, basil and worcestershire sauce. Simmered for appx 10 mins to meld flavors and served with shredded Cheddar cheese. YUM....

Excellent recipe, I made only a couple of changes, no water, cooked macaroni separate, drained the water off then added to meat mixture, also added 1 teaspoon of cumin and 2 tablespoons of Chilie Powder, follwed the reviews, also a dash of caynee pepper. Very, Very good! Making it again tonight! Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Not enough pasta compared to meat. I would probably put in more liquid and a bit more pasta.

This is really, really good! I love quick fix meals and this one rocks! I used no salt added tomatoes and sauce and they worked great. Another good option would be to use a high fiber macaroni. :D

I increased the vegetables in this skillet meal (chopped red pepper, diced mushrooms, cubed zucchini) and I did add a little more pasta which means I did have to add another can of tomato sauce. I did choose to cook the pasta seperately, then fold it into the other ingredients in the skillet before sprinkling with cheese. As is, this was bland. After tasting it, I added in some homemade taco seasoning. The boys liked it, there was enough leftover for one lunch the next day. I'd make this again but I'd play with the recipe a bit.

Didn't have any diced tomatoes so I subbed a can of Rotel diced. Came out good that way

It was a good spin on regular goulash. Guess I'm not a huge goulash fan anyways because I only had one serving. I did have to add some taco seasoning & cumin to bump it up a bit.

This was a big success with the boyfriend and was pretty easy to make. I just boiled the macaroni in a separate pot to save time and doubled the quantity too.

This was an easy, filling dinner that my husband & I enjoyed. I cooked the pasta seperately because my skillet wasn't big enough for everything. I added a can of Ranch style beans, 1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder, a few splashes of Worchestire sauce, and 1/4 tsp of cumin. I also used a can of corn (drained) instead of fresh or frozen corn. Other than those changes, I followed the recipe as written, and it was very good! I might add some hot sauce and more pasta next time.
