This rocked! My husband and I loved it! I didn't have olives, but otherwise I followed the directions fairly closely and it turned out to have a fabulous consistency and flavor. I will definitely make this again!

Easy & colorful dish. I modified this as others suggested - only used 1 onion & added 1lb of lean ground meat, which meant more seasoning was needed. The sour cream is really good with it too. I might try it with some fresh cilantro next time.

This was outstanding! I'm always looking for great recipe ideas to mix with my families tastes and this was great! We all loved the flavor and the olives really made it yummy! We will have this again and again - Thanks PIAZZA!

Although skeptical at first, I loved this recipe! I cut the onion in half, and used Rotel instead of the regular diced tomatoes. Very impressive! Even my very picky son ate it! Thanks for a great recipe, which will be made again.

This recipe is fabulous! I used a bag of frozen veggies that had the beans, tomatoes, corn, and peppers. It was so easy! Everyone in the family loved it. Thanks so much for this recipe!

A great quick-fix meal! If you're out of taco seasoning, use one of the recipes on this site or salt/cumin/paprika/chili powder to taste. I also added some sour cream to the finished dish to make a creamy sauce.

My family and I have enjoyed the gazpacho pasta salad from this site but this recipe was disappointing. It was a strange comvination of flavors. We'll never make this again
