Pretty good recipe! I did, however, omit the instant coffee granules because I make my own espresso. So I heat my milk (about 1 1/4 c), whisk in the mix (3 1/2 tbsp or to taste), and add 2 shots of espresso = one great mexican mocha!

Mix is super easy to make, and is so yummy. I'm hapy knowing that it is all ready to go when I want something hot and delicious.

This was a great recipe for cold winter mornings and even when you just feel like a mexican style drink. I would reccomend cutting down on the cocoa powder. It is some what overwhelming.
