Excellent recipe, but a few suggestions to spice it up a little. Choose the spicy taco seasoning mix along with a little Tabasco sauce, cumin, chili powder and oregano. My company raved about this dish!!!

This dish is great. My husband loves it and he is not a big fan of refried beans. An option that i found to be a great plus was to use refried beans with sausage.

this lasanga was even better the sencond time around! next time im gonna omit the lasanga noodles, and add rotini noodles and bake as a cassarole!

I loved this mexican dish, so did my husband. He thought it was wonderful. It was very easy to make also and it serves a lot of people. I have a bunch left for lunch or dinner left overs. Thank you so much for an easy inexpensive dinner!!
