I made this several times over the summer, and it has been a hit with everyone... kids included! For less sodium, I made my own taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper all to taste). The end result tastes pretty much the same whether you use reg mayo or fat free sour cream.

This is soooo easy to make with lots of flavor. I wanted to make it healthier, so I used low fat yogurt instead of mayonnaise and let it marinade for a half hour. With the left over chicken, I am making chicken quesadillas. YUM!

This was really good. I used reduced fat sour cream instead of mayo, but it was still delicious. I only wished that the meat had a stronger taste. Next time, I think I will try marinating the chicken in the mixture for an hour or so. It was definitely quick and went well with my frijoles a la charra and rice.

I was a little hesitant of using mayonnaise on the grill. However, this turned out better than I imagined. The delicious chicken was a hit with my entire family.

Delicious as written and so simple. I might add cooked bacon slices and melted cheddar some time. The sauce would also be great for pork chops.

Delicious! This recipe takes as long to prepare as it takes for your grill to heat up. I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain yogurt. Loved it, will definitely make again.

Although I didn't eat this, being vegetarian, my husband and daughter really liked it, and it was supe easy to prepare. Would be great cold, too, in a salad (that is, if there were any leftovers). Thanks for the recipe.

This is pretty good. The spices might seem a bit heavy for some people though.

Used light sour cream instead of mayo and improvised with my own version of taco seasoning (garlic & onion powder, cumin, cayenne, chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper). Super easy and yummy!

At first I wasn't sure about the mayo, but oh my gosh, this is so good. I took my neighbor a sample and she loved it also. I will pass this on to others. Thanks.

This recipe was excellent. I made one change to it instead of using mayo I used sour cream which complemented the yellow rice nicely. Even my 2 year old couldn't get enough!!
