these were pretty good. i omitted the olives for personal preference. however i think the measurements are a little off - i only had 4 tortillas worth of filling. i realize i didn't use olives but i dont think that took away half the volume of filling. all in all though they were super easy to make and everyone seemed to enjoy them.

Got rave reviews on this one. And the options for mixing this up are endless. Will be making this again.

Change green olives to green chiles or anaheim chiles.

this was pretty good, and i dont even like olives. made it for my sister's birthday and everyone said they were great but didn't really grab them up. :/ the salsa for dipping is a necessity. and make sure you get the 10" flour tortillas, theyre better quality than the smaller ones for whatever reason (talking about Goya brand)

I used cream cheese in place of the mayo and green chilis instead of green olives. I also added some shredded cheese to the mixture. It was delicious.

Very tasty, a good and easy appetizer. Made it this am and took it to a pool party, went over well. I followed some reviewers suggestions and made a few changes: Instead of green olives, I used a can of diced green chillies, I added a dash of garlic powder, tossed in a little Mexican blend shredded cheese, and a few TBS of salsa. It was delish! I'll be making this again, thanks for the recipe!

These were pretty good. I made two substitutions (as many others suggested), subbing sour cream for mayonnaise and green chiles for green olives. I hate to review it so low since I've changed the recipe... Although the flavor wasn't stellar, I probably will make these again. I think adding some spices to the cream cheese mixture could really improve this recipe.
