This vegetarian special gets its bite from canned green chiles and hot pepper sauce; cream cheese cools things down.

Like the best part of a rye-bread sandwich ...without the bread! Here, fresh dairy cream cheese pairs up with sour dills and hearty beef.

Spread your bread with the earthy flavors of the Italian countryside. Cream cheese, garlic, artichoke hearts, olives, green onions, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley and chives all converge to make a rich and colorful appetizer.

This is the only way I will eat cream cheese. I thought I would try it, because I love won tons and the kids love cream cheese. Try it, it's onolicious! I usually use a little bit of beaten egg to seal the won ton skins into their package shape.

Wonton wrappers are filled with cream cheese, crab meat (I use imitation, but you can use either), garlic, and onions. You just have to heat them so the cheese is melted hot. Don't overcook. Serve with rice and sweet and sour sauce. Good as an appetizer, or meal.

Just imagine a cute display of penguins, made with black olives, carrots and cream cheese! You can add scarves and hats by using fresh red pepper strips, or canned pimentos cut into different shapes. Use frilly toothpicks if you can.
