1 (15 ounce) can
kidney beans, rinsed and drained
shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 (16 fl oz) bottle
fat-free Catalina salad dressing, or to taste
1/2 (14.5 ounce) package
tortilla chips, crushed
This is a good easy salad to put together. I mixed the salsa and catalina dressing together and really liked it drizzled over this salad. I used ground chicken in place of the ground beef and sprinkled some taco seasoning into it. Very good.
