Very delicious! The crunch from the chips really make this dish! *I added white rice to the bottom of the dish along with chicken stock/water. The rice was still alittle hard after baking the recommended time. Will increase time 5-10 minutes next time.

This was pretty good and easy. I did make a couple of changes. I sauteed onion and garlic first and then instead of cooking chicken, I bought a whole roasted chicken at the grocery store and shredded it up. This was really tasty!

THIS IS SOOOOO GOOD!!! I took some suggestions mentioned and sliced an onion, broiled it until caramelized and somewhat charred. I grilled chicken with minced 3 cloves of garlic and sprinkling of taco seasoning. I then cooled and diced it up, along with dicing up onion and set aside. I then fried some already cooked brown rice (Schwann's!)with sprinkling more taco seasoning, olive oil, a little juice from jalepenos and water until rice started to brown. Then added 1 cup of salsa and 1/4 cup of lite sour cream along with chicken and onions. Added can of Black Beans w/Jalepeno along with Mexi-Corn. Mixed all together, put in casserole dish. Covered with 2 cup package of shredded cheddar and 1/2 cup crunched corn chips. HEALTHY dish and easy too!! Will make this MANY times again and will no doubt taste better the next day. THANKS Sue for a great recipe!!

Great tasting and super easy to make. I followed the recipe just as written and it came out great! Surprise of the night was when my husband said he actually liked the meal. He always has some critique, but none for this dish! AND my two kids (2 and 3 years old) ate their meal and asked for seconds!! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Made this according to recipe, did add peppers & onions, but it is really easy and tastes great. Husband loves it and asked for me to make it again the next week, he called it "upside down nachos."

I love this one and so does my boyfriend and he is one picky eater. The only changes I made was because I like spice I added a whole package of taco seasoning and a little frank's hot sauce. As for the baking I found it too dry to bake for 10 minutes and then put it in longer to melt the cheese on top. So the second time I cut the bake time down less then half the time just so the cheese was melted! Yum

I used over a pound of chicken and was glad I did. I followed the recipe exactly otherwise and added about 1/2 cup water.(1/4 would have been fine) We liked it but I think rice would have been a good addition. My picky kids did not like it but at least ate the chicken. Good flavor.

Wow is this recipe adaptable. I also added onions/garlic when I cooked the chicken. I used black bean soup which really added a lot of flavor as well as 1 cup cooked rice. My family is very picky but they loved this. Would even be good without the cornchips and placed in a wrap. Yum!!

This recipe was very easy, and one that is easily builded onto. I sauteed an onion along with the chicken, along with a couple fresh banana peppers from my garden. I added a few dashes of Franks RedHot Sauce to the mixture, and used a full 15oz can of corn. I had a packet of mexican rice on hand - so I prepared that, and spread it in the bottom of the casserole dish - and I also doubled the cheese called for. It turned out very yummy, and I will definatly be making this again.

Great idea, I also made some changes...I used 4 boneless chicken breast cooked in olive oil and cubed (small) and taco sauce to avoid drying out. Added undrained (1 can)pinquito beans and (1 can )undrained chili beans a jar of salsa, a full packet of taco seasoning, a tablespoon of my favorite hot sauce. In a 13 x 9 placed a layer of meat mixture then tore up corn tortillas and made a good layer on that, then a couple handfuls of cheese, then a layer of meat mixture and tortillas and cheese to top it off. Fabulous idea.... Cooked as directed and served with sour cream and tortilla chips. Yumma yumma! Thank you

This is an excellent starter recipe, it's very versatile which I love. I cooked my chicken, added garlic salt and chopped onions. Then added the taco seasoning, creamed corn, red kidney beans, mild salsa, 1 cup of rice, and 1/2 cup of sour cream. It's delicious! I plan to rip up a tortilla as suggested by another reviewer as I don't have taco chips, and then add some shredded cheese. It's huge! It is a tad spicy, so next time I will only add a tbsp of taco seasoning. I would definatly not put in a whole package unless you like it really spicy. Thanks!
