Easy as can be, and very, very yummy. Have used cod, as well as salmon. This recipe takes away the fishy taste of salmon.

This was really good! I squeezed fresh lime juice over the fish before covering it with the salsa and cheese then put cilantro on top when it finished cooking. I served it with rice and black beans - YUMMY!!

Excellent AND easy! We served it with white rice topped with slow cooked black beans and cornbread. Can't wait to try again!

i made this because many people said its good for picky eaters who hate fish. they were right - i couldn't believe it. im still stunned a day later. no leftovers!! will definitely make this again!! i used tilapia and didnt measure salsa/cheese, just made sure the fish was covered with them before baking. made it a few hours ahead then just popped in the oven when it was time for dinner.

Just the way I like it - delicious and easy. I rather have fried fish, but for a change this was good.

delightful. i had it baking in 15 minutes after being gone all day. i did the quick method....spray pan, add fish (patted out moisture), salsa,cheese... cook add avacado. serve with salad. i used cod. big hit. great on a busy day. I just need to keep fish on hand. love it! (I tried again with tilapia and didn't like it. avacado makes a huge difference too-use it)

This recipe is so easy and quick. It tates great too. I used Trader Joe's Authentica salsa and i think that really made a difference. I will definatley make this again.

Simple and delicious. I heated up some flour tortillas and served the fish with some sour cream on the side. I did leave out the avocado only because I was feeling lazy, but I can see how that would be a great addition. I'll definately use it the next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Couldn't be easier! I sprinkled some cumin and a little chili powder on the fish (I used tilapia), and baked for 10 minutes before adding the salsa and reduced-fat cheese. It comes out perfectly ever time, and even my husband (who is notoriously hard to feed) loves it! Thanks!

Tasty and easy to make. However, I found the flavor of the salsa to be a bit overbearing and will use less next time. I also substituted bread crumbs for the corn chips. Otherwise, a nice recipe.

This is surprisingly good. I bought fresh cod and frozen (coleman's catch) to see if I could tell the difference. This recipe doesn't work with the frozen brand. Too fishy and flavors don't mix well. The fresh fish is mild and all flavor blend. I cooked it for 20 minutes at 400. That was enough to cook the fish and crisp the chips.

Oh my goodness this just could not be more simple or delicious. I loved it. Didn't do the sour cream and didn't have avocado but a spoonful of Trader Joe's guacamole finished it off wonderfully. Thank you for this recipe - it's a keeper!

I had great expectations, but the recipe didn't meet them. We did eat this, but it wasn't fabulous and I probably wouldn't make it again.

I wasn't too sure about this, but decided to try it anyway and I'm so glad I did. I followed the recipe and used crushed up blue corn chips because that's what I had on hand. Even my five year old ate this and he doesn't eat much. This is a keeper.
