Easy, great the night we made it. Leftovers were a little chewy.

It was very good, my husband liked it very much. I didn't have chips nor avocado at the time I was making this, I pre-cooked some spanish rice instead & put it at the bottom of my baking dish before placing the egg-dipped cod on top of rice. It turned out very elegant and extremely flavorful.

This was a decent recipe. Pretty good actually, make sure you use FRESH fish...Also, the avocado and sour cream is definitely needed.

There are better ways to do fish. The parmesan crusted fish from this site is 10x better.

This was really good. I'm not a big sour cream or avocodo eater so I tried the fish both with it and with out it and I got to tell you the sour cream and avocado just made this dish, Very very good!

This was fantastic! I was really not expecting too much because it was such a simple recipe but I was pleasantly suprised or shocked is maybe a better word...the work to taste ratio is through the roof. I used tilapia and I only made 3 pieces, another plus is that it adjusts easily, I live alone and I'm always looking for something to make for 1. Great all around. http://single-girl-gourmet.blogspot.com

Wow, this was easy & quick. Make sure you pat dry the fish. I used Talapia but did not use the avocado and it still was very good. I will make this again!

This was so easy and very tasty! I did not have sour cream or avacado at the time so I skipped this part. The dish was wonderful over rice. I told several of my friends about this one. Thanks for sharing a great tasty, easy to fix meal idea!

I had a dinner party over the weekend and prepared this for 7 people. It was a huge success. Used tilapia because it was less expensive. A medium level spicy store bought salsa complements it well. Left out the chip topping because I didn't find the idea appealing. I dont know how much cheese I ended up topping the fillets with but I tried not to use too much so as not to overwhelm the dish. Rather than dressing each plate with the sour cream and guacamole, guests passed around a bowl of sour cream, a bowl of avocado slices, and also a bowl of lemon wedges and fixed their fish how they wished. A couple squirts of fresh lemon juice really went nicely.

Wonderful way to eat more fish. Salsa is always a favorite around here and we used low fat cheese. Great recipe! Thanks!

Really easy and good. I had to use salmon due to my husbands fish allergy (he can only eat some fish). It still tasted great. I served it with wild rice and veggies.

This was really good and so easy! Even my kids ate it, and I usually can't get them to touch fish. First time I made it, the fish ended up a little wet from the juices that came out during cooking, so the second time I cooked it on a roasting pan (sprayed with cooking spray) so the juices could drain and it was perfect!

Next time I make this recipe I will drain the salsa because it made the fish slightly watery.
