This recipe makes 3 dozen cookies, takes 15 minutes to put together - chills for one hour in the fridge before slicing. It can be prepared ahead and the dough freezes well.

These Peanut Butter cookies are NOT chewy, they are melt-in-your mouth. The water in them lets you put them in your cookie press.

These are a Christmas family tradition at our house and they don't last long. Even better (more moist and very sweet) the second and third day if kept in an air tight container.

A simple concordance of butter, sugar, walnuts and chocolate yields a rich, indulgent toffee. For best results use a candy thermometer during the boiling stage, and use a lightly oiled wooden spoon if you want to spread out the mixture to cool.

They are terrific! Not chalky, but creamy and delicious. These can be stored at room temperature, or frozen. Can't beat pralines from Louisiana!
